a) Cancellation by the Customer: 

Cancellation received by mail at bookings@enaturecuracao.com more than 48 hours before the confirmed date and time of the contract, will receive a full refund minus bank transfer charges.

Cancellation received by mail at bookings@enaturecuracao.com within 48 hours or less before the confirmed date and time of the contract, is considered a default on the part of the customer which results in a no claim of the fee that you have paid in full or partly (minimum deposit). 

Only cancellations from the customer received within 48 hours with proof of force majeure, medical proof of sickness or injuries may be accepted for a  partial refund. First, we will try to reschedule the tour in case of any of the above-mentioned reasons that makes the tour as per date and time of the contract cannot go through. If rescheduling is not possible and all conditions of the cancellation policy are met, the customer will receive a refund of 80% minus bank transfer charges.

Force Majeure includes impersonal events such as war, civil insurrection, strikes, hurricanes, extreme weather, earthquake or natural disaster that makes it dangerous or impossible to safely undertake the tour. The determination of what constitutes ‘force majeure’ is at the discretion of E-Nature Tours & Activities. If you are on a ship and it is unable to dock because of extreme weather conditions, you are covered under this ‘force majeure’ provision.

Any person failing to appear on the day of the tour (no-show) and have not in any way communicated this before the confirmed date and time of the contract, will not be refunded.

b) Cancellation by E-Nature Tours & Activities:

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a previously confirmed date and time of a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be provided with the option to reschedule the tour or receive a voucher for future use or receive a full refund of the tour cost in cash or by bank transfer.

Changes in the original booking

All changes are subject to availability. If desired changes are made before the confirmed date and time of the contract and these changes are not possible and/or don’t lead to a possible reschedule,  this will be considered and treated as a cancellation by the costumer. Changes can only be done once and have a fixed cost of $10 per booking and have to be paid 20 minutes before the tour takes place at the office of E-Nature Tours & Activities.
